Please join Annika Connor for a virtual studio visit and Q & A presented by The Zero Experiment.

Marina Dojchinov is proud to present The Zero Experiment, an immersive, virtual and interactive gallery experience to help the art community thrive and stay together during the COVID-19 epidemic, while helping business and those affected to get back on their feet.

During our virtual gallery opening which will be held from 6:30-8pm every Thursday evening, viewers will have the opportunity to be taken on a tour through the artists studio from the comfort of your own home.

In a traditional gallery opening often the artist is inundated with people & the audience never get the chance to ask questions. This fully interactive setting allows for an intimate conversation to really get into their head.

After you are taken on this visual journey, we will then auction off the pieces and proceeds shall go to a business or charity of those who are directly affected by current economic crisis.

Featured this week is Annika Connor is a modern-day Renaissance woman. As a vocal activist and advocate for women’s rights Annika Connor’s paintings often explores female identity and sexuality.

In the studio, Annika Connor uses beauty as a hook to seduce the viewer's eye while depicting imagery that can be either narrative or allegorical in nature. As an outspoken feminist artist, Connor’s work is used as a visual springboard to launch the viewer into their imagination. Beautiful women lure the audience into exploring their subconscious while her subject matter mirrors and questions our contemporary society.

Our charity this week is SAG-AFTRA COVID-19 Relief Fund, which is being administered via The Actors Fund and whom distributes money directly to artists in this time of need. 20% of all profits from Annika’s work will go directly to them, and there will be a representative on the line from The Actors Fund to answer any questions.
